Stop 14 Home Decor Shop

we're excited to finally open our doors to you!

Located at 171 Midland Avenue in Scarborough … “the blue farmhouse”, circa 1903 (Southeast corner of Midland & Kingston Road) It was a long and tedious restoration, but well worth it.  Not so long ago our building was structurally unsound and had been neglected for so many years it was just sad.

We’re absolutely delighted to have brought this beauty back and we hope Albert Stinson (Scarboro Bluffs Refreshment Room, 1903) would be proud.

As for our charming shop... it’s really an extension of our own home, filled with so many things I love that create that relaxed, cheerful & homey feeling we all yearn for.

We’re focusing primarily on smaller batch Canadian made decor items, rustic antique pieces, Canadian made (northern Ontario) furniture pieces, up cycled/found treasures, natural beauty products, pottery, ‘Dash & Albert’ rugs & accessories, 'farm to bed' quilts, art, pantry items and so much more.

Our hours are … Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 11-5 & Sundays 11-4 ... allowing time for all the other good things in life!

We're constantly refreshing our products and I'm sure you'll always find something pretty to brighten your home!

I hope to meet you soon ... cheers!

We are taking every precaution necessary to ensure you can feel safe and enjoy shopping with us.  For this reason, we are allowing 2 customers in the shop at one time.

We know it’s a pain to wait in line-ups, especially on the colder days, so please reach out to me at if you’d be interested in a evening appointment.  That way we can offer you and two companions (maximum 3 customers for appts.) a time to shop without the chance of a line-up or feeling the need to rush for other customers who may be waiting outside.

We have two parking spots at the rear of the building.  Please note that the other 2 spaces are for our tenants.

There is a small area where parking is permitted in the dead end zone (east side only) behind our building.  Please do not park anywhere else in the dead end zone as there is STRICT PARKING ENFORCEMENT!

*Parking is permitted on Kelsonia, east of Scarboro Crescent.

*We are hoping the City of Toronto grants us additional parking on Scarboro Crescent as requested, but no answer as yet.
